Mr. Wiley Thomas Higgs, age 83 of Dresden died June 29, 2014 at the Volunteer Community Hospital in Martin, TN. Funeral services for Mr. Higgs will be held Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 3:00 PM in the Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow in the Sunset cemetery. Friends may call Monday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 PM and again on Tuesday from 2:00 PM to service time at 3:00 PM. Mr. Higgs was the husband of Mary Lee Higgs; father of Paul Higgs, Diane McCain, Connie Rachel, and Donna Schleicher.
