Mr. Fulcher was born in Lake County, TN to the late Toy Lee and Iva B. Jones Fulcher. He was a U. S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict, a Presbyterian by faith, and a retired car salesman and mechanic. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Josie Rebecca Haslip. Mr. Fulcher is survived by his wife, Rita Goodrum Fulcher of Latham, TN; a son Jack (Judy) Smith of Latham, TN; daughters, Karen (Kenneth) Downs of Florence, AL, Cindy (George) Tipton of Gurley, AL, LaRanda Corum of Rogersville, AL, and Patricia (Roger) Hastedt of Davison, MI; a step son, Troy (Denise) Cline of Jefferson, GA; a step daughter, Caren (Karl) Johnson of Eads, TN; and nine grandchildren. Mark was born August 19, 1948 in Chicago, IL to the late Tillman James “Bud” and Marjorie Trout Johnson, Jr. He was a former employee of Hubble Lighting. Mark is survived by two sisters, Judy Bredthauer and Elizabeth Pulley of Texas; and a brother, Danny Johnson of Ohio.

Ricky Ervin Brittingham, 59, of Arlington, IL died Friday in Dresden, TN. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Ricky was born in Peru, IL to the late Henry Ervin and Shirley Hash Brittingham. He was a heat treat operator for the Unitite Corp., and a U.S.M.C. Veteran who served in Vietnam. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Pamela Sue Lawniczak. He is survived by his wife, Mary B. Brittingham of Arlington, IL; a son, Nickloas Ervin Brittingham of LaMollie IL; two brothers, Randy (Solame) Brittingham of El Paso, TX and Ronald (Ellen) Brittingham of Tiskawa, IL; and a sister, Rose Marie (Stephen) Galloway of Val Rico, FL.

Mrs. Ruby Mansfield, 91, of Dresden, died Monday, December 31st, 2012 at her residence. Funeral services for Mrs. Mansfield will be Thursday, Jan. 3, 2013 at 1:00 pm at Liberty Apostolic Church with burial to follow in Lee Harris Cemetery north of Dresden. Friends may call at Bowlin Funeral Home on Wednesday evening from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. On Thursday, the body will lie in state at Liberty Apostolic Church from 11:00 am until service time at 1:00 pm. Mrs. Mansfield was a retired factory worker and farmer. She was born on March 18, 1921 in Litchfield, IL to the late McKinley and Bell Winstead Legens. She was a member of Liberty Apostolic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hyburn Mansfield and sister, Lorriane Fortner. Mrs. Mansfield is survived by two daughters, Shirley Stroud and Shelby (Jack) Selvey of Dresden and one brother, Howard Junior (Wanda) Legens of Dresden. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Nick Stroud, Vicki Love, Roger Harrison and Lori Donovan, six great grandchildren, Amanda Thibodeaux, Chad Love, Skylar Stroud, Brian Harrison, Matthew Harrison and Christopher Hutcherson and one great great grandchild, Jayce Harrison.

Neil was born near Latham, TN on January 18, 1923 to the late Irvin Allen and Idis Adellia Carr Shanklin. He was the former Head of Maintenance for Ferry Morse Seed Co., a farmer, and a United States World War II Army Veteran – Horse Cavalry. He was a member of Palmersville Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Lula Mae Hutcherson Shanklin; one son, Freddie Shanklin; and four brothers, Boyse Shanklin, Layne Shanklin, Hale Shanklin, and J. C. Shanklin. Mr. Shanklin is survived by two sons, Frank (Dianne) Shanklin of Dresden and Barton Shanklin of Macomb, IL; two sisters, Marye Lou Connaughton of Napierville, IL, and Robbie Nell (Walter) Makous of Birmingham, AL; one grandson, Steven Neil (Michelle) Shanklin of Martin and three great grandchildren, Alexis Grace, Sydney Claire, and Andrew Asa Shanklin.

Robert Gerald Perry, 73, of Indianapolis IN., died Thursday, January 3, 2013, at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN. Funeral Services will be held with Family on Saturday morning, January 26th, in the Chapel of Bowlin Funeral Home. Burial followed at Blooming Grove Cemetery in Palmersville, Tennessee. Mr. Perry originally from Palmersville, TN and formerly of Paris, TN and Evansville, IN, was a semi-retired Entrepreneur-Inventor and former Contractor, using machines he designed and built to assist in laying fiber optic networks. Mr. Perry was the son of late Gollie and Ruth Thompson Perry, as one of 17 children. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters, Willie (Lee) Perry, Irene Grissom, Charles (Harold) Perry, Edmond Perry, Virginia Perry, Mary (Sue) Gifford, Mavis (Nell) Perry, Gollie Perry Jr., Cecil (Wayne) Perry, Larry (Dwayne) Perry, and Russell (Doyle) Perry. Mr. Perry is survived by dearest friend Helma Geiseler, children Sheila and Robert D Perry, three grandchildren, 5 brothers and sisters, Inez Kelton, Arthur Jerry Perry, Shirley Ann Cross, Carol Vaughn, Carolyn Marie Hawks. Mrs. Wilson was born on February 11, 1920 in Weakley County to the late George and Love Harrison Perry. She was a retired sales clerk for the Dresden Department Store and a member of Mt. Pleasant Methodist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ira William Wilson. Mrs. Wilson is survived by one son, Jerry (Vickie) Wilson of Dresden; three grandchildren, Tammy Powell of Lenoir City, TN, Buffy Crawford of Dresden, and Tracey Harris of Gleason, TN along with four great grandchildren.

Mrs. Gary is survived by two daughters, Ramona Gary of Dresden and Merida (Don) Garner of Greenfield, TN; a son, Ken (Penny) Gary of Granite Bay, CA; three grandchildren, Brian (Velvet) Garner of Greenfield, TN, Brent Garner of Atlanta, GA, and Melinda Gary of Granite Bay, CA; and three great grandchildren.
